Re-Enrollment at Gahanna Christian Academy is not automatic, current families must follow and complete the steps below to be considered for enrollment at GCA. Please contact admissions with any questions.


STEP ONE: Complete
Re-Enrollment Online

All steps must be completed in order to be considered for re-enrollment at Gahanna Christian Academy.

  1. Access forms - Sign in to Achieve and select "Re-Enroll"
  2.  PAY Registration Fee*
  3. SIGN Annual Enrollment Contact**
  4. SIGN Statement of Understanding**

*Registration fees: Prior to January 31, 2018 - $100. Between February 1, 2018 and March 31, 2018 - $150. After April 1, 2018 - $200. Registration fees are non-refundable.
**Once you complete these forms online, you will receive an email you must confirm in order for the form to be submitted to Gahanna Christian Academy.

STEP TWO: Acceptance Letters!

First round acceptance letters will be issued starting February 5, 2018.

Each family will have 30 days to pay $300 of their student's non-refundable fees. The balance of fees is due by May 1, 2018. Families with more than one student accepted to GCA will be required to pay 50% of each additional student's fees by August 15, 2018 and the remainder by September 15, 2018.

STEP THREE: Maintain Enrollment 

In order to continue holding your student's enrollment for 2018-2019, all fees must be paid and up-to-date and the student and family must continue to maintain a high standard on our admissions criteria: Classroom Performance, Motivation and Mindset, Behavior and Discipline, Parent Partnership and On-Time Financial Status.
