School Age Extended Care Program
The Extended Care Program is offered to students Kindergarten through the eighth grade, before and after school. The registration fee is $20.00 per child, which is non-refundable.
Students enrolled in the Extended Care Program are involved in a variety of activities specially designed for this program. The program begins at 6:30 a.m. and concludes promptly at 6:00 p.m.
Parents will be billed $1.00 for each minute after 6:00 p.m. that the child is not picked up.
To enroll in GCA’s Extended Care Program, submit the registration form along with the $20 fee.
EXTENDED CARE RATES:
1st Child:*--$3.00 per hour (not to exceed $100/ week)
*1st child is the child with the most Extended Care hours.
2nd Child: --$2.75 per hour
$.50 snack fee per day for students remaining after 3:30 p.m.
NOTE: There is a minimum charge of $3.00 for students using afternoon extended care for less than an hour.
